Product Introduction
The transmission mechanism of roller screen usually consists of motor and reducer, which provides power for the screen shaft to rotate in the same direction. The screen body consists of metal members, shafts (the number may vary depending on the model, usually ten) and screen pieces. Screen disks are staggered on the screen shaft, which can be eccentric or irregular, so as to facilitate the screening of materials and prevent materials from blocking the screen shaft. The electrical control part includes frequency converter, PLC programmable controller, etc., which is used to control the start and stop of equipment, running state and fault alarm.

Principle of Operation
The material enters the upper screen evenly from the top through the feeding device. Due to gravity, the material will fall along the screen surface. In the process of falling, large particles can't pass through the mesh of the upper screen and will be blocked, while small particles can fall on the lower screen through the mesh. This process will be repeated on each layer of screen until the material is divided into multiple particle sets with different sizes. The screened materials will be discharged from their respective outlets to realize the classification of materials.
