Principle of Operation
Double-shaft circular vibrating screen drives two shafts to rotate through two vibrating motors respectively, so that the screen body generates compound vibration, mainly including rotary vibration and horizontal vibration. These two vibration modes make the materials evenly distributed on the screen and transported in waves, and the materials are classified and separated through screens with different apertures to achieve the purpose of particle size classification.
