Three-axis horizontal vibrating screen is developed by absorbing the same type of vibrating screen technology at home and abroad. Because of its horizontal installation and small site space, it is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, transportation and other industries, and is an ideal equipment for mobile crushing station. Three-axis drive can make the screen machine produce ideal elliptical motion, which combines the respective advantages of circular vibrating screen and linear vibrating screen. It has the characteristics of good screen permeability, large processing capacity and small installation height, and can choose vibration trajectory according to actual material conditions, which is more advantageous for materials that are difficult to screen. Product Introduction
Power is transmitted from the motor to the driving shaft of the vibration exciter and the gear vibrator (the speed ratio is 1), so that the three shafts rotate at the same speed, and the vibration exciter is connected with the high-strength bolt of the screen box to generate elliptical motion. The material moves along with the high-speed elliptical motion of the screen machine on the screen surface, quickly layers, passes through the screen and moves forward, and finally completes the classification of the material.

Principle Of Operation
The vibrating screen consists of a motor, a transmission device, a screen box, a rubber compound spring, an underframe, a damper and the like. When the equipment works, the power is transmitted from the motor to the driving shaft of the vibration exciter and the gear vibrator (the speed ratio is 1), so that the three shafts rotate at the same speed to generate exciting force, and the vibration exciter is connected with the high-strength bolt of the screen box to generate elliptical motion. The material moves along with the high-speed elliptical motion of the screen machine on the screen surface, quickly stratifies, penetrates the screen and moves forward, and finally completes the classification of the material.
