Product Introduction
Power is transmitted from the motor to the driving shaft of the vibration exciter and the gear vibrator (the speed ratio is 1), so that the three shafts rotate at the same speed, and the vibration exciter is connected with the high-strength bolt of the screen box to generate elliptical motion. The material moves along with the high-speed elliptical motion of the screen machine on the screen surface, quickly layers, passes through the screen and moves forward, and finally completes the classification of the material.

Principle of Operation
The vibrating screen consists of a motor, a transmission device, a screen box, a rubber compound spring, an underframe, a damper and the like. When the equipment works, the power is transmitted from the motor to the driving shaft of the vibration exciter and the gear vibrator (the speed ratio is 1), so that the three shafts rotate at the same speed to generate exciting force, and the vibration exciter is connected with the high-strength bolt of the screen box to generate elliptical motion. The material moves along with the high-speed elliptical motion of the screen machine on the screen surface, quickly stratifies, penetrates the screen and moves forward, and finally completes the classification of the material.
