Principle Of Operation
The working principle of high-frequency vibrating screen stacking mainly depends on the exciting force generated by high-frequency vibrating motor, which makes the screen frame drive the screen to do high-frequency vibration. The pulp is evenly distributed from the ore separator to each layer of screen, and the material is subjected to high-frequency vibration on the screen, resulting in continuous jumping and dispersion, thus realizing the screening of fine-grained materials. In the process of screening, the materials smaller than the mesh pass through the screen to become the under-screen products, while the materials larger than the mesh continue to jump along the screen surface and finally become the over-screen products.
