Principle of Operation
The working principle of high-frequency linear vibration dewatering screen mainly depends on the exciting force generated by the vibration motor, which makes the screen box and screen surface generate high-frequency linear vibration. Under the action of the feeding box, materials are uniformly fed into the screen surface, and under the action of vibration force, materials leap forward on the screen surface, fine materials are discharged through the screen holes, while coarse materials move forward along the screen surface, and finally solid-liquid separation and material classification are realized.
