At present, most of the existing artificial sand production lines use wet production technology. No matter what type of sand washer is used, its biggest disadvantage is that fine sand (particles below 0.16mm) is seriously lost, and some even lose more than 20%, which not only loses output, but also seriously affects the sand gradation, resulting in unreasonable gradation and coarse fineness modulus, which greatly reduces the product quality of machine-made sand. Excessive fine sand discharge will also cause environmental pollution. In order to solve the above problems, our company has developed TX series fine sand recovery system, which is a world-advanced fine material recovery device designed by our company by absorbing foreign advanced technology and combining with China's actual situation. It is widely used in sand aggregate processing system of hydropower station, artificial sand production line of glass raw material processing system, coarse slime recovery of coal preparation plant and environmental protection projects (mud purification, etc.), which can effectively solve the problem of fine sand recovery.

Principle of Operation
The sand-water mixture in the cleaning tank is conveyed to the cyclone by centrifugal slag pump. Fine sand concentrated by centrifugal classification is supplied to vibrating dewatering screen through sand settling nozzle. After dewatering by vibrating screen, fine sand is effectively separated from water. A small amount of fine sand, mud, etc. return to the cleaning tank through the return box, mix with the mixed liquid returned by the cyclone, and then send it to the cyclone for separation again. When the liquid level in the cleaning tank is too high, it is discharged through the water outlet. By changing the speed of centrifugal pump, changing the slurry concentration, adjusting the overflow water volume and replacing the sand outlet, the fineness modulus can be adjusted, thus completing the three functions of cleaning, dewatering and classification.
