Spiral sand washer is divided into single spiral sand washer and double spiral sand washer. They stir the sand and gravel through the screw device in the equipment, so that the soil and water in the sand and gravel are mixed and discharged from the flow port on the equipment, and the sand and gravel are gradually screened under the action of the screw device and discharged from the discharge port at the top, thus realizing the cleaning and screening effect of the sand and gravel.

Principle of Operation
The material vertically falls into the rotating impeller from the upper part of the sand washer, and under the action of centrifugal force, it collides and smashes with another part of the material flowing around the impeller in an umbrella shape. After the materials collide with each other, they will collide and rub with each other between the impeller and the casing for many times, and then they will be directly discharged from the lower part, forming a closed loop for many times, which will be controlled by the screening equipment to achieve the required finished product granularity.
