1. Adopting advanced box type vibrators, with thin oil splash lubrication and built-inlubricating oil channels in the box, ensuring sufcient lubrication of the bearings.
2. The sereen adopts box type forced synchronous vibration exciter to excite, which haslarge bearing capacity and long service life.
3. The sereen machine is conneeted by ring groove rivets or high strength bolts, with simple.compaet,frm strueture and convenient maintenance.

Principle of Operation
The screen box of the vibrating screen is in a horizontal state, supported by four groups of damping springs, and vibrates in a reciprocating linear trajectory along the angular direction of vibration under the drive of a vibrator which is engaged by a pair of gears to make two groups of eccentric blocks with equal mass forcibly synchronize. The material jumps and throws on the vibrating screen surface, and moves forward continuously to complete particle size classification, dehydration and media removal.
