Principle of Operation
The motion of linear motion equal thickness sorting screen is driven by motor through elastic coupling with eccentric mass (vibration exciter is divided into forced synchronous box-type thin oil vibration exciter and self-synchronous thin oil vibration exciter), which can make the screen bed vibrate linearly periodically. The material layer on the screen surface is loosened and thrown away from the screen surface, so that fine materials can fall through the material layer, separate through the screen holes and shake out the materials stuck in the screen holes, and the fine materials move to the lower part and are discharged through the screen. It can also make the material move forward to achieve the purpose of discharging.
